Rental Guidelines:         

o   30 days of most recent pay stubs from employer

o   Benefits award letter dated within the last 90 days

o   New employment offer letter

o   Self-Employed must provide 2 year’s tax returns with schedule C attached. Net business income must meet income requirements.

o   Court ordered child and supposal support

Holding deposit equal to deposit must be paid within 24 hours after application approval.
